Rates advertised on this website are only available on website . Room Rates shown are based on a standard booking request (single or double) and may be subject to change pending requirements, eligibility, seasons and/or blackout dates. Rates shown do not include extra beds, specials arrangements or ad hoc price changes on the hotels behalf. Rates may also have to be adjusted in case of transport requests. In such cases we will submit an updated quote to you by email.
Room rates shown at the date/time of your booking request in currencies other than INR ( Indian Rupee) are for reference only and are based on onshore exchange rates as quoted by our Merchant Bank.
In order for us to process your booking request your credit card details are required. For your convenience, Regale Inn , offers secure credit card payments online Through Pay Pal. Alternatively you may want to submit your credit details by fax. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL ONLY BE CHARGED ONCE AVAILABILITY HAS BEEN CONFIRMED, that is once your BOOKING RECEIPT/HOTEL CHECK-IN VOUCHER has been emailed to the email address provided during your booking process.
Once room availability has been confirmed Regale Inn will charge your credit card in INR/USD for the amount indicated during your booking process. Room rates shown at the date/time of your booking request in currencies other then INR are for reference only. All payments are settled in INR We welcome VISA, Master Card, and AMEX.
Your BOOKING RECEIPT / HOTEL CHECK-IN VOUCHER must be presented upon check-in at the hotel. Your passport and/or a valid photo ID is required to confirm your identity as stated under Guest Name on your BOOKING RECEIPT / HOTEL CHECK-IN VOUCHER. Only guests as stated on the BOOKING RECEIPT / HOTEL CHECK-IN VOUCHER are authorized to check in.
The hotel has been informed to take and retain a copy of your photo ID. You must also provide a credit card to guarantee payment of any incidental charges. The credit card provided must be under the same name as the Guest Name on your BOOKING RECEIPT / HOTEL CHECK-IN VOUCHER.
In the unlikely event that the hotel has no confirmation of your booking, you MUST contact us immediately by phone/email. Our Customer Service Agents will then contact the hotel and initiate steps to solve the situation. When contacting us please always state your Booking ID. Failure to contact us will result in a No Show, i.e. will be treated as a failure to check in at your hotel as per the check in date stated in your BOOKING RECEIPT / HOTEL CHECK-IN VOUCHER. Late cancellation and No Show policies apply.
Check Inn & Check Out Time is 1200 hrs
You may amend your booking request at any time during the booking process. Amendments to your booking request can be submitted through Email or Telephone Nos. Please refer to our Cancellation Conditions
Extension of Stay:
In case you would like to extend your stay with the hotel you initially booked with through Regale Inn, you must contact our Customer Service Center. Please note that any Extensions of Stay arranged directly with the hotel are not covered by Regale Inn. Early Check Out:
If you should need to shorten your stay, we will refund your credit card for the unused room nights UNLESS NOTIFIED OTHERWISE by email. Please be advised that you must cancel the unwanted room nights with us, as well as the hotel, or you will not receive your refund, if applicable.
Cancellation of Booking:
Please note that Cancellation Policies vary according to destination or season. Once you have submitted your Booking Request the following Cancellation Policies apply.
If you cancel your booking MORE THAN 14 days preceding your check-in date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 15% of the total booking value or INR 750, whichever is the greater amount, unless notified otherwise by email.
Incase of a cancellation within 3 days of Check-Inn , 25% or INR 1500 ( whichever is higher would be charged.
How to cancel?
To cancel your Booking Request/s in progress please Send us an Email or Contact or Telephone lines along with your booking ID. 'My Reservation'.
No Show (failure to check in at the hotel):
No Shows, i.e. failure to check in at your hotel as per the check in date stated in your BOOKING RECEIPT, are treated as a late cancellation and above cancellation policies apply.
A 100% of one days booking amount would be charged and the rest of the amount would be deducted as per cancellation Policy
Regale Inn is committed to provide an efficient refund procedure. Refunds will be made in the form of a credit refund. I.e. we will credit the amount charged, minus cancellation fees (if applicable), back to your credit card. Once the refund instructions have been issued to our Merchant Bank, it can take anywhere from 15-45 working days for the proceeds to show in your account.
Requests for refunds will have to be submitted at least 2 (TWO) weeks after the check out date. Refund requests received later than 14 (FOURTEEN) days cannot be honored.
We do hear you. Any complaint regarding the supply of a service should be brought to our attention as early as possible and within 1 month of the date of service. To initiate a complaint about the hotel or our services please send an email to reservations. Please always include your Booking I.D. for reference. Any complaint received after 1 month will not be investigated. We will abide by the following time-scales:
i. an acknowledgement sent within 3 working days
ii. a progress update within 10 working days
iii. a substantive reply and conclusion within 14 working days
Please note that we do not accept complaints by fax or by phone. When describing your case please be precise and short as possible, so our Quality Assurance Department can investigate the case. In order to investigate and resolve a complaint, we require supporting documents such as receipts, and acknowledgement of the complaint from the accommodation or service provider (hotel). Without such written documentation, complaints cannot be investigated.
We make every effort to ensure that any materials or rates displayed on this website are accurate at the date of issue. Changes in market conditions or circumstances may occur after the issue date which may make information displayed on this website no longer accurate or no longer reflect the current position. Regale INN hereby expressly disclaims any representation, warranty or undertaking in relation to the accuracy, completeness, quality or adequacy of any contents of this website. All offers, prices, and conditions of sale may be subject to change without notice including eligibility, minimum or maximum stays, seasons and/or blackout dates, and/or other conditions/restrictions.
We will not be responsible for any losses if, for any reason, the debit/credit card, billing address and/or credit card verification number cannot be verified in a timely manner, nor are we responsible for any changes in rates or any other charges that may occur during the verification or billing process. Regale Inn further waives all responsibility for commissions charged by VISA/Master/AMEX or the credit card issuing bank in case of currency conversations.
We make every effort to provide an acceptable standard of service and accommodation for the price paid. We hereby expressly disclaim any representation, warranty or undertaking in relation to the quality or adequacy of contents our website.
We will not be liable to pay any compensation if we (the company) or you (the customer) are forced to cancel or in any way change your booking as a result of situations outside our control which we, nor our suppliers, could foresee or avoid, even with all due care. For example war or threat of war, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disaster or terrorist activity.
